DLA customer- submit DSCC FORM 0511, Request for Artwork, 5 business days in advance to: Email: DSCC.Multimedia.Scheduler@dla.mil.

Non-DLA customer with an Agreement- Complete the DSCC FORM 7022, 5 business days in advance to: Email: DSCC.Multimedia.Scheduler@dla.mil.

Graphic Arts

DLA customer- submit the DSCC FORM 7021, Request for Artwork, 12 business days in advance to DSCC.Multimedia.Scheduler@dla.mil or hand deliver to the Multimedia Department in Bldg. 20, 1^st floor, Pod A South.

Non-DLA customers with an Agreement- submit DSCC FORM 7022, Request, Authorization, and Certification of Reimbursement for Graphic Arts and Photographic Services 12 business days in advance to DSCC.Multimedia.Scheduler@dla.mil or hand deliver to the Multimedia Department in Bldg. 20, 1^st floor, Pod A South.
