    The Supervisor Council provides and environment where supervisors can come together to share ideas, resolve problems and to discuss current topics, which affect the DLA Land and Maritime leadership community.

    The Training Council is chartered to evaluate, recommend and coordinate on training and development issues and initiatives at DLA Land and Maritime.
  • Wellness Council

    The Wellness Council is a forum in which members share ideas, examine issues or concerns and discuss current topics relating to the effective mitigation of Wellness Council issues and customer support.

Land and Maritime Electronics Product Testing Lab gets new battery evaluation capability
Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime Commander Navy Rear Adm. Kristen Fabry (center) is joined by Land and Maritime Deputy Director Kenneth Watson, Eugene Williams, director of Land and Maritime’s Engineering and Technical Support, John Elavsky, chief of Land and Maritime’s Electronics and Mechanical Product Test Center, and Dan Bell, Defense Supply Center Columbus site director in an Oct. 26 ribbon cutting ceremony on DSCC to officially dedicate the new Battery Testing Lab. The addition will help DLA manage costs associated with battery compliance testing.
Oct. 28, 2020 - Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime expanded the capacity of its Electronics Product Test Center with the grand opening of a new in-house battery testing facility Oct. 26. Progressing from a vision more than 10 months ago the new facility is the tangible result of a lengthy team process purposed to improve operational efficiency while also saving money.

COVATTA caps Navy birthday celebration at DLA Land and Maritime

Oct. 16, 2020 - The U.S. Navy celebrated its 245th Birthday and the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime joined the festivities with a trimmed down version of its fun-themed cardboard regatta. A celebration staple for the last several years, the COVID-19 health emergency has required health and safety adaptations that have scaled down this year’s version.

Oct. 15, 2020 - Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime attended the last virtual career fair of fiscal year 2020 at The Ohio State University Economics Virtual Career Fair. The event was hosted Sept. 30 using the Handshake virtual recruiting platform.
