Description:	DLA Defense Fuel Support Points use this form to request authorization to process ground re-issue fuel transactions. Processing ground re-issue transactions through the DLA Accountability Property System of Record allows seller reimbursement for fuel dispensed at auxiliary airfields, remote training sites, and forward operating bases, and fuel issued from military service-owned and maintained tanks.
