Q- Can you process my order?

Q- Can you process my emergency order (A0E: Exception Requisition via DSS/WMS ENTRY)?

A- Yes, we can process your emergency order. Please contact the Defense Logistics Agency Customer Interaction Center (DLA CIC) and an agent will be happy to assist you.

NOTE: For an Emergency Requisition, recommend calling the CIC vs. emailing for quicker input time.

  • Please provide the following:
    MILSTRIP data (80-Card Column)
    Justification (i.e. Downed Aircraft and Tail Number)

Q- Can you provide me the status of my order (status/follow-up/tracking)?

Q- Can you cancel my order?

A- Yes, we can assist you with a cancellation request. There may be certain circumstances where a cancellation cannot be submitted. Certain criteria may require assistance at another Level. Please contact the Defense Logistics Agency Customer Interaction Center (DLA CIC) for further assistance.

For certain situations Cancellations CANNOT be submitted or may require further approval from qualified personnel:

  • Army Requisitions - Per Army Mandate.
  • Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Requisitions - The International Logistics Control Office (ILCO) must process.
  • BA, BD, and BZ Status Requisitions - Priority 1-3 (IPG I) - Submit Cancellation and Escalate (CIC Role) to the CAS for final Resolution.
  • BV Status Requisitions - Submit Cancellation and Escalate (CIC Role) to the CAS to determine if the order can be Cancelled because the Requisition is on a direct delivery contract.

Navy/Marine Corps - SDR Submittal Change

  • The CIC no longer has the authority to submit SRDs for Navy and Marine Corps customers per guidance from NAVSUP HQ and DoD SDR Administrators.
    All Navy/Marine Corps SDRs (SF-364) must be submitted systemically through the system PDREP.

Q- How can I look up a National Stock Number (NSN)?

Q- Can you assist me with my NATO CAGE registration?

A- Please refer to the websites below. NCAGE requests can be completed through the NCAGE Code Request.
