Integrated Data Environment (IDE)/Global Transportation Network (GTN) Convergence (IGC) (.mil and CAC only) – Provides warfighters with end-to-end asset visibility in the DOD logistics operational pipeline.

Federal Mall (FedMall) (CAC Required)– The first choice to find, compare and buy commercial and military products and services.
Federal Logistics Information System Web Inquiry (WebFLIS®) (CAC Required) - WebFLIS® provides access to the Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS) data.
Federal Logistics (FED LOG®) (CAC Required) - FED LOG® provides users the ability to access Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS) data during instances when internet connectivity is non-available.
Public Logistics (PUB LOG®) - PUB LOG® is a Logistics Information Services product intended for use by public entities requiring National Stock Number (NSN) information.

Computers For Learning Program (CFL) – The general purpose of this application is to make available a set of inventory search and military standard requisitioning and issue procedures applications from the DLA Disposition Services Web database with authentication and permissions set up for CFL customers.
Foreign Military Sales (FMS) – The general purpose of this application is to make available a designated set of inventory search and MILSTRIP applications from the DLA Disposition Services Web database with authentication and permissions set up for FMS customers.

Transaction History
Logistics Data Gateway (LDG) (CAC Required or Login and Password) – A utility that provides easy access to current and historical data that flows through DLA Transaction Services and provides the data in an integrated fashion.
MILSBILLS Inquiry System (MILSINQ) (CAC Required) – Provides local and remote users the capability to query and display Interfund Bills (MILSBILLS) and materiel obligation validation files, as well as generate retransmit requests.
Requisition Status

WEB Visual Logistics Information and Processing System (WebVLIPS) (CAC Required) WEBVLIPS customers can track requisitions from their release into the DOD pipeline until the materiel is posted to the accountable records at a destination activity.
Federal Mall (FedMALL) (CAC Required) - The first choice to find, compare and buy commercial and military products and services.
DLA Material Tracker (CAC Required) - The DLA Material Tracker allows users to enter requisition numbers to track previously processed requisitions.

Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDR)
Web Supply Discrepancy Reporting System (WebSDR) (CAC Required) WebSDR is an access-controlled system that allows users to input supply discrepancy reports (SDR). It accesses the Logistics Online Tracking System (LOTS), allowing it to pre-fill data on the SDR. Help is available online, and program management and SDR system experts work with customers to ensure requirements are satisfied.
WebSDR features:
- Submit new SDRs online.
- Submit follow-up, cancellation, correction and reconsideration SDRs.
- Submit ad hoc queries for data.
- Upload and download attachments and documents.
- Online training slides.
- Autofill feature uses DAAS requisition history to populate SDR.
- Interface with WebSDR on behalf of foreign military sales customers.
- Department of Defense component processing systems interface with WebSDR.
- Allows for near real-time SDR reporting and reduces response delays.
- Input of SDR resolution responses.
NOTE: Navy/Marine Corps - SDR Submittal Change
The CIC no longer has the authority to submit SDR/s for Navy and Marine Corps customers per guidance from NAVSUP HQ and DOD SDR Administrators. All Navy/Marine Corps SDR/s (SF-364) must be submitted systemically through the system PDREP.

Disposal
Digital DSR is your one stop location for doing business with DLA Disposition Services. Learn how to turn in property, schedule a turn-in, search for property, or locate a site around the world.
Excess DOD Property Disposal – DLA is prepared to assist you in completing necessary documents, arranging for disposal solutions, and training your personnel in disposal turn-in procedures. The organization can dispose of large items in-place that are not transportable to a DLA storage area, or property that is held in remote locations. Find training, resources, and policies related to disposal.
Electronic Data Turn-In Document Program (ETID) (CAC Required) – The DLA Disposition Services Web-based Electronic Turn-in Document (ETID). ETID is an electronic method for preparing a disposal turn-in document (DD Form 1348-1A). The intent is to simplify and improve the turn-in process. ETID allows electronic submission of turn-in documentation to the servicing Disposition Services site. ETID will pre-populate many fields for items, nomenclature, demilitarization code, unit price, etc. It includes drop-down menus for other fields for quick reference. ETID will also provide the required DEMIL certification for property. In addition to electronically preparing turn-in documentation, the program allows users to print completed paperwork.
