Ordering Window is now OPEN

Passover is coming
April 12-20, 2025

  • The updated Spring Seasonal Memorandum is now available. Prices and dates are correctly reflected in the MOI. Please ensure you order your seasonal religious supplies as early as possible. This gives our suppliers enough lead time to fulfil all orders and ensures timely delivery.
  • DLA is taking orders for the Kosher for Passover meal Oct 1, 2024 – Dec 17, 2024.
  • Please submit your milstrip requisition orders through your food supply officer as you would when ordering the regular MRE.
  • Troop Support cannot guarantee timely delivery of Kosher for Passover meals for the 2025 Holiday if the deadline (12/17) is not met, as this meal program is a seasonal, special buy based on actual requirements. The meals are made to order.
  • This Information Deck will help answer some questions on how to order Kosher for Passover MREs.
  • Any questions please contact  Joseph.Zanolle@dla.mil and  Amanda.Witte@dla.mil

Make sure you complete the MRA in FEDMALL after your items have been received.

Here is a document that will help you fill out the MRA (Material Receipt Acknowledgement). This is a crucial step in the process as it ensures that you have received the items and also makes sure that the vendor receives payment on time.

There will be very rare instances where you will not need, or be able, to complete an MRA. If you did not go through FEDMALL AND the item is being picked up (not shipped), the MRA is not needed.

Quick Start Guide - Customer Registration

How do I place an order?

You may order through your supply channels using the NSNs provided for religious items. You may also contact the DLA CIC and order via phone.

Customer Information Center (CIC) at 1-877-352-2255

**Note you must know your Department of Defense Activity Address Code (DoDAAC).and NSNs for all items you wish to order.

How can I track the status of my order?

You can track your orders three ways: email the Ecclesiastical Supply CAS, email the DLA Chaplain, or contact the CIC and provide your document number(s) and your DoDAAC.

Where do I find my DoDAAC?

You can either talk to your Budget Authority, Supply Personnel, or CLICK HERE to search your DoDAAC.

If you are ordering through FEDMALL and the item has an NSN, you do not need an 889. All of the vendors have been vetted and are on contract with the United States Government. When you look up the item on FEDMALL, it will have a green icon with 889 and a check mark in it. This shows that the vendor is 889 compliant.

How can I get printing done through DLA? The CCBC is telling me that DLA should be used for printing needs.

DLA Document Services provides high-quality, low-cost document solutions including copy and print services, custom/specialty products, desktop publishing, CD/DVD duplication, mailing services and much more.

Our products and services can be ordered at any of our production facility locations on installations around the globe or directly through our online ordering service, Document Services Online .

You can also get more information on Printing Services at Printing Services (dla.mil) .

We do not currently have any Norse Pagan, Wiccan, or Open Circle texts in our catalog. You can however search through FEDMALL if you have access. In FEDMALL, there are a number of books that are on contract through GSA (another mandatory source) that you can purchase through the FEDMALL site with your APF GPC. If you need help with this, please do not hesitate to contact me.

There is not currently an NSN for a Memorial Stand. It is something we are working on with Futures Command and others.

Most units will purchase a Memorial Stand through a local woodworker, as most Memorial Stands are personalized to the unit.

You can contact the DLA Troop Support Heraldry section. They can help you order a Chaplain Flag.

You can also visit https://heraldry.army.mil/ and order Chaplain as well as faith based flags here.

How do I get access to excess inventory?

DOD customers can search DLA Disposition Services inventory by gaining access to the RTD Website.

To utilize RTD programs, RTD customers must register in the AMPS website in order to request a user account and password to search and requisition from the excess property inventory. Users can find assistance and instructions for registering in AMPS and RTD Web through the Digital DSR.  Here is the link to the Digital DSR.  https://www.dla.mil/ddsr/     There is a wealth of information on this page that will assist them through the whole process.

Once they have gained access to our website, they will be able to search our inventory for items they are looking for.
They can search for Federal Stock Class, Item Name, National Stock Number, or even just a key word search.
If they are not finding what they need, there is the ability to build a want list that will notify them when that particular item hits our inventory.  This is all explained on the “Digital DSR” webpage.

I have looked up the Federal Stock Class for Ecclesiastical supplies and it is 9925.   So when the customer gains access to RTD Web, that is one of the ways they should search for property.

If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me, I would be happy to assist.

Why does it say I do not have Procurement Authority in FEDMALL?

What is PIEE?
PIEE stands for Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment. You can access PIEE at https://piee.eb.mil

How do I get access to PIEE?
Go to https://piee.eb.mil and register for an account.

What is a DODAAC?
A DODAAC is a Department of Defense Adress Activity Code. This code is a six-digit code that uniquely identifies a unit, activity, or organization that has the authority to requisition and/or receive materiel. This DODAAC is connected to a shipping address as well as a Government Purchase Card that is authorized to make purchases.

What is an NSN?
An NSN is a National Stock Number. This standardized 13-digit numeric code applied to a specific item. These numbers are crucial to the military supply chains and are used to streamline product identification and inventory management.

Where do I find the NSN?
Go to https://www.dla.mil/Chaplain/Business/ and on the left side of the page you will find the Ecclesiastical Supply Catalog. This catalog has all the Ecclesiastical Supplies that DLA has on contract. You can utilize these NSNs to order through FEDMALL.

Why are there no pictures on FEDMALL?
Pictures can only be uploaded by the vendor. Many vendors change every 2-5 years. There are pictures for the items on the Ecclesiastical Supply Catalog. These pictures have been checked and do match with the items on FEDMALL.

I have all this information; how do I order through FEDMALL?
Go to https://www.dla.mil/Chaplain/Business/ and on the left hand side you will see a guide called “How to Order through FedMall”

Are there gluten-free communion hosts?
Yes. NSN 9925-01-708-9701

Why are there no prices on the Ecclesiastical Supply Catalog?
There is a new spreadsheet with prices available on the left hand side of this page. Be careful with these prices as they will fluctuate with the market. Please only use this spreadsheet as a guideline. FEDMALL has the current prices updated daily.

When will I be charged?
Your GPC will not be charged until the items are either shipped or delivered, depending on the source. If your items are stocked items, the GPC will be charged at time of shipping. If your items are Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD), your GPC will not be charged until the items are delivered. In either situation, an MRA needs to be completed as soon as your items are received in order to ensure prompt payment to the vendor.
