The People and Culture Office conducted virtual information sessions Sept. 22 and 24 on Department of Defense Performance Management and Appraisal Program/Social Contract for new employees and new supervisors.

Using collaborative tools in a mass telework environment, the training was conducted via Skype share screen with a conference call-in.

A total of 24 new employees and 20 new supervisors attended the sessions.
