DLA Troop Support Pacific supported Kubasaki High School in Okinawa, Japan with a new rubber track, repairs on their bleachers and updated bathroom fixtures. Kubasaki is a Department of Defense Education Activity school for department civilians located on a Marine camp.

Troop Support Pacific supports DOD school in Okinawa

When the Kubasaki High School track team runs this spring, it will be on a new rubber track procured through Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Pacific.

Pictured is a conceptual image of the Aegis Ashore installation in Romania. Navy construction builders used materials provided through DLA Troop Support’s Construction and Equipment supply chain to build a camp for support personnel there.

Contracting officer ensures requirements for missile defense camp are right

The initial customer requirements for materials to build a camp in Romania were vague and incomplete, said a contracting officer with Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Europe and Africa.
