Seven DLA Energy Staffers Honored in DLA Headquarters Annual Recognition Ceremony
The Defense Logistics Agency held its 58th Annual Employee Recognition Ceremony at its McNamara Headquarters Complex at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, on Jan. 20, 2026. Seven staffers from DLA Energy were among the honorees. "Your dedication and performance as both military and civilian personnel are essential to the success of DLA Energy and our mission to support the warfighter as the Nation's Logistics Combat Support Agency. This award is a testament to your hard work and commitment to excellence," said the DLA Energy Commander Rear Adm. George Bresnihan. The DLA Energy awardees are: Top 10 (DLA Enterprise Awards): • Mr. Larry Mattson, DLA Energy – Category B Employee of the Quarter Awards: • Mr. Timothy Livingston Jr., DLA Energy – Category B Joint Reserve Force Military Personnel Awards • Lt Col Manuel Hauck, USAF, DLA Energy – Field Grade Officer of the Year • CPT Shantoya Wiley, USA, DLA Energy – Company Grade Officer of the Year • MSgt Jeffrey Halda, USAF, DLA Energy – Senior Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year • Maj Devon Pozek, USMCR, DLA Energy – Joint Reserve Force Field Grade Officer of the Year • CPT Christopher Brogger, USAR, DLA Energy – Joint Reserve Force Company Grade Officer of the Year

DLA Quizzes

The Department of Defense recently released changed from “For Official Use Only” labeling to “Controlled Unclassified Information.” Emails will have a ‘CUI’ marking at the top and bottom of the page to indicate sensitive information in the text.
