Army colonel leads DLA CENTCOM & SOCOM

MACDILL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. — Army Col. Edward Runyan accepted the reins of the Defense Logistics Agency’s regional command for U.S. Central Command and U.S. Special Operations Command in a change of command ceremony July 1.
