MHE Rodeo crowns best operator

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — The inaugural DLA Disposition Services MHE Rodeo pitted 13 of the agency's best forklift drivers in a head-to-head, eight event battle for supremacy Oct. 23-25.

“It’s been a very good year”

Battle Creek, Michigan — Attendees from across the global workforce gathered in Battle Creek, Michigan, Oct. 22-26 for a Senior Leader Summit where they heard DLA Disposition Services Director Mike Cannon call the time since their previous gathering “a very good year.”

Mobile team takes demil mission to the warfighter

Eliminating the plague of excess at Fort Hood

FORT HOOD, Texas — A Fort Hood Clean Sweep Surge Event included an interagency team of personnel from Fort Hood Recycle, the Fort Hood Landfill, and DLA Disposition Services.

DLA Disposition Services materials examiner and identifier Jeremy Liehr was named Defense Logistics Agency Employee of the Quarter in October for serving as agency equipment manager in Afghanistan.
