Conant assumes command at DLA Distribution Red River, Lee retires after 20 years

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Army Lt. Col. Caleb Conant assumed command of Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Red River, Texas, from Army Lt. Col.
