NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. –
Marine Col. Patrizia Dienhart-Stabile, the director of logistics for U.S. Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa, visited Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Europe for a presentation and a tour of the facilities Oct. 7.
Both the presentation and tour highlighted DDDE’s ability to support the demands of rotational Marine Corps Forces units in theater and their ability to flex support when needed.
The 1.5 hour tour was of DDDE’s main distribution building.Army Lt. Col. Dlugosz, the commander of DDDE, was happy to host the Marines.
“Although a small part of DDDE’s workload, it is always a pleasure to host the Marines and demonstrate the breadth of DDDE’s support to all branches of service in both Europe and Africa,” she said.
Marine Lt. Col. Thomas Stona and Marine Maj. Jon Smith were also in attendance for the presentation and tour.
