DLA Aviation signs retail supply manual

Surrounded by team members, DLA Aviation Commander Air Force Brig. Gen. Allan Day signs the first DLA/Navy retail supply manual on March 24, 2017 at Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia.  The manual will lead to improved warfighter support by standardizing policies and processes at DLA Aviation industrial support activities co-located at the Navy's three fleet readiness centers at Cherry Point, North Carolina; San Diego, California and Jacksonville, Florida.
