The Customer Facing Personnel (CFP) Digital Toolbox serves as a centralized, mission-focused platform developed to support CFP in executing critical logistics and supply chain functions. This all-in-one resource provides direct access to essential tools needed in enhancing operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Key features include Regional Command contact directories and support channels, Item Manager lookup capabilities as well as requisition, container, and cargo tracking tools. Access to Weapon System Designator Codes (WSDCs), National Stock Numbers (NSNs), and associated specifications is also provided. Additionally, the Toolbox offers a suite of applications and reference materials to support sustained readiness and informed decision-making.

Designed with the needs of the field in mind, the CFP Digital Toolbox empowers personnel to deliver responsive, accurate, and mission-aligned support-anytime, anywhere.

SSI/CAM, WSR/CSR Crosstalk

The DLA J31C Engagement Branch Analytics team summarizes the CARES related reports to increase the effectiveness of DLA's customer-facing procedures. We offer actionable data in multiple formats by highlighting what and how we can customize if requested. In addition, we also highlight other J3 products and services on CFP subjects that may be beneficial.

The primary audience are DLA's customer-facing services which include our Services, Senior Service Integrators (SSI)/Customer Account Managers (CAM) and Warfighter Support Representatives (WSR)/Customer Service Representatives (CSR). The invites are sent by calendar invite to a distribution list we maintain.
