Fourth Estate Agencies & Federal Civilian Agencies - Turn ins from these customers require a valid Interagency Support Agreement and a current Funding Document, via an Economy Act Order (e.g., Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request [MIPR], Inter/Intra-governmental Payment and Collection [IPAC], Fiscal Services [FS] 7600B) to DLA Disposition Services for requested support.
