Generators of excess property approved for turn-in by their servicing Disposal Service Representative (DSR) will make an appointment at a DLA Disposition Services site by utilizing organic/self-transport, work with the Transportation Management Office (TMO) to transport or arrange with DLA Disposition Services to utilize the Generator’s Transportation Account Code (TAC) to provide for transportation costs. Generator is responsible for the packaging and loading of property in all scenarios.

From I-25 exit 135. Go west on Academy Blvd towards the mountains to Ft Carson Gate 3 (West Meadow Drive Exit). At stop sign at bottom of ramp you will turn left on West Meadow Drive go under overpass. Proceed through gate 3 security complex; go straight ahead approximately ¼ mile to Hare Street (there will be a gas station with a Burger King on the left), turn left. Go approximately ¼ mile to Specker Avenue, turn left go another ¼ mile to the end of Specker Avenue. The main field activity site location office is on the left. Building 324 is where you’ll sign in. .

The Real ID Act is strictly enforced. When entering Fort Carson, please have two forms of valid picture ID or the driver will not be allowed. Fort Carson security forces / Military Police control base access.
