Generators of excess property approved for turn-in by their servicing Disposal Service Representative (DSR) will make an appointment at a DLA Disposition Services site by utilizing organic/self-transport, work with the Transportation Management Office (TMO) to transport or arrange with DLA Disposition Services to utilize the Generator’s Transportation Account Code (TAC) to provide for transportation costs. Generator is responsible for the packaging and loading of property in all scenarios.

ALL commercial and Non-DoD customers MUST complete a Memorandum and Affidavit prior to entry on the base. Please allow a minimum of 5 days for the Security Police to complete their actions on your request for entry. This is a requirement by the Eglin Air Force Base Commander. Please ensure your paperwork and pass for admittance is approved prior to commencing travel. If you are disapproved for entry to the base, it is your responsibility to make alternative arrangements to deliver to or pickup property at DLA Disposition Services Eglin.
For non-commercial customers: Traveling on Interstate 10, take exit 56 (SR 85) south to Niceville. Turn right onto John Sims Parkway and follow that road to Eglin AFB. After entering the base, proceed to the third traffic light and turn left onto South Seventh St. Take the second right Transportation Rd. DLA Disposition Services is on the left at the end of the street.
For commercial customers: As of 5 JUNE 2023 the North Commercial Vehicle Inspection gate will be closed to all commercial vehicle traffic. Moving forward, all commercial vehicle traffic will utilize the Haul Road Commercial Vehicle Gate, located directly off Highway 189, adjacent to the Armament Museum, near the West Gate Entrance. Operating hours will stay the same.

Everyone must sign in prior to admittance to the compound. Required documentation for sign-in is: CAC, driver's license, or picture ID for everyone in the vehicle(s); CBL or GL documentation (if applicable); and the license plate numbers from the vehicle(s).
