Contractors will only utilize facilities listed on the Qualified Facility List (QFL) for U.S. Government disposal or recycling services. Use of a facility for disposal or recycling services not listed on the QFL is not authorized. This list does not relieve the contractor or their subcontractor of any responsibilities for performing in accordance with local, State, and Federal regulations, and DLA Disposition Services contract terms and conditions. If there are questions regarding facilities on or off this list, contact DLA Disposition Services Vetting at TSDFandTransporterInquiries@dla.mil.
Note: An * next to a facility name designates that the site is unable to accept PFAS containing wastes for incineration due to current DoD policy.

Note: Only Subtitle C Landfills with a *** next to the facility name are authorized for use for PFAS containing wastes in the United States and its territories due to current DLA policy. (DLA NEPA CATEX). Using other listed facilities as interim facilities is acceptable, but final disposal facility must be a Subtitle C Landfill with ***. COR will confirm with the Contractor which final disposal facility will be used to confirm the facility is identified with *** If final disposal facility does not have a *** COR will contact KO to discuss actions to have contractor go to a *** facility.
