Customers can schedule transportation of property to our site free of charge if they are more than 60 miles a from the designated turn-in location according to the zip code mapping tool. Customers can either contact the site directly to schedule a turn-in or utilize the transportation scheduler.

DLA Disposition Services manages the disposal of hazardous property for DoD activities. We maximize the use of each item and minimize the environmental risks and the costs associated with its disposal.

FROM MAJOR INTERSTATE OR MAJOR POINT OF REFERENCE
From the Airport head towards Fairbanks and merge on the South Fairbanks Exit on Mitchell Expressway.
After about 4 miles merge to the left to exit on to Steese Highway.
Make the first right on to Gaffney Blvd heading towards main gate to enter Fort Wainwright US Army Post.
Stay on Gaffney Blvd for approximately 5 miles and make a left on Marks Road (which loops Gaffney Blvd).
Make a right on the second road, Nysteen Road, and BLDG 1047-3 is on your left.
