The FedMall Program Office will be hosting town halls to review issues shoppers and suppliers may be experiencing with the new system. Send us your questions with the topic in the subject line before the town hall and Subject Matter Experts from FedMall will provide you answers. Still waiting on your registration to be approved? Can’t find a NSN you could find before? Join the discussion. Share with us your questions by e-mailing us directly at FedMallCommunications@dla.mil. Please include the topic/issue in the subject line. To ensure we provide as much information as possible, only questions submitted prior to the town halls through email will be answered.

Calls will take place the First and Third Tuesday at 1300 EDT for Users, 1500 EDT for Suppliers If you are able to join the call we ask that you observe the following rules of behavior for the call:
There will be a 1 hour hard stop on these meetings so we ask all callers be respectful of one another's time and be courteous in order for the program office to hear from as many of you as possible.
