SEPRT held in Richmond, moving from managing parts to strategic solutions

The annual Senior Executive Partnership Roundtable was held at the Frank B. Lotts Conference Center on Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia, May 10. The SEPRT gathers senior executives from strategic supplier alliances to meet with the Defense Logistics Agency leadership and military customer senior leaders to discuss general issues affecting DLA Aviation suppliers.

DSCR’s CDC personnel transition to federal positions

The Bettye Ackerman-Cobb Child Development Center celebrated a reopening ceremony April 3, on Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia. The CDC provides developmental care for the installation's military and civilian workforce's children from ages six weeks to five years. The CDC transitioned from being under Bright Horizons management to now being under the Morale, Welfare and Recreation Directorate at Installation Support at Richmond.

Navy Capt. Timothy Pfannenstein, Logistics and Industrial Operations executive director, Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, presented Navy and Marine Corps readiness challenges.
