DLA Land and Maritime Sailor heads to Officer Candidate School

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime celebrated Logistics Specialist 1st Class Chelsea Spicer on her recent acceptance to Navy Officer Candidate School Nov. 29. She will report to OCS at Naval Station Newport in Rhode Island in January to complete the 13-week course for commission as a supply corps officer.

The DLA Support Team – East Africa deputy commander is serving alongside his son, Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Zachary Cline, at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Africa.
