King’s ship sets sail after more than 30 years in the Navy

After more than 30 years serving as a naval officer, outgoing Land and Maritime Commander Navy Rear Admiral John King King officially retired and is transitioning to the next chapter in his life. “It’s just been unbelievable how fast my time here at Land and Maritime has flown by and I have to tell you I’ve been extremely fortunate to work with such an inspired group of professionals,” said King.

DLA Installation Support at Susquehanna, Pa., Fire and Emergency Services has received Accredited Agency status with the Commission on Fire Accreditation International for meeting the criteria established through the CFAI’s voluntary self-assessment and accreditation program. DLA is one of over 200 agencies to achieve Internationally Accredited Agency status with the CFAI and the Center for Public Safety Excellence, Inc.
