Guam’s Ooka selected as center’s new director

GUAM, Marianas — Macy Ooka has been selected as Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Guam, Marianas’, new director. Ooka had been serving as the acting director since January 2015, and as the acting deputy director since June 2013.

Air Force Maj. Patrick Carpizo has been awarded the Global Distribution Excellence: Field Grade Officer of the Year award.
