NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Navy Rear Adm. Grafton D. Chase, Jr., relinquished command of Defense Logistics Agency Distribution to Navy Rear Adm. Michael A. York, during a change of command ceremony Friday, May 31. Army Lt. Gen. Mark Simerly, director, Defense Logistics Agency, officiated the ceremony.

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Keith Archibald retired from the Army after 33 years of service. He began his military career as an enlisted legal specialist and retired as a lieutenant colonel in logistics. Today, he serves as the senior Army instructor for a Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps program and uses surplus military property from Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services to supplement student supplies.
