Eisenhower School visits DLA Distribution, gets first-hand lesson in global logistics support
NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Students from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy visited Defense Logistics Agency Distribution March 4, the school’s first in-person visit since COVID-19 related restrictions were put in place.
New Logistics Fuel Card offers flexibility, speed
FORT BELVOIR, Va. — A new Logistics Fuel Card will allow military and federal agencies to buy small quantities of specialty fuel this spring. To improve customer service and provide more flexibility, DLA added the card to its commercial fuel card solutions so customers can fill storage tanks from commercial sources worldwide when short-notice requirements arise.
