BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Members of DLA Disposition Services celebrate Black History Month at the Hart-Dole-Inouye Federal Center, and welcomed Dr. Lester Johnson as he spoke not only on issues pertaining to African Americans, but also discussed matters of inclusion and diversity.
