DLA Distribution Anniston commemorates Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October is "Breast Cancer Awareness" Month, which is an annual campaign to increase awareness of the disease. While most people are aware of breast cancer, many forget to take the steps to have a plan to detect the disease in its early stages and encourage others to do the same.

F1 tornado touches down at Oklahoma City distribution center

On Tuesday, Oct. 9 at approximately 8:10 a.m. central time, an F1 tornado touched down in vicinity of DLA Distribution Oklahoma City, Oklahoma’s buildings 510 and 506. Personnel were directed to take shelter and command was able to obtain 100 percent accountability with zero injuries.
