“The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy has overhauled pay processing for U.S. Army active-duty personnel in Bahrain, cutting delays by more than 69% in a sweeping reform effort,” said the project sponsor, Dalton Lewis, supervisory administration program specialist.
