DLA Energy brings large-scale renewable energy solar project to Fort Detrick

FORT DETRICK, Maryland — Defense Logistics Agency Energy Deputy Commander George Atwood attended a ribbon-cutting ceremony with other senior officials for the large-scale renewable energy solar project at Fort Detrick, Maryland, June 17.

DLA Energy Americas assists in bringing fuel, clean water to QLLEX 2016

FORT A.P. Hill, Virginia — As Quartermaster Liquid Logistics Exercise 2016 approaches its end, the two-week training exercise has largely been a success.

ARDENT SENTRY is the annual major U.S. Northern Command exercise program. This year's exercise features a 9.0 earthquake occurring 60 miles off the Oregon coast creating a complete rupture of the Cascadia Subduction Zone and creating a Tsunami with wave heights 20 to 80 feet.

FORT BELVOIR, Virginia — A simulated catastrophic earthquake and tsunami marked the beginning of Defense Logistics Agency Energy support to Exercise Ardent Sentry 16, a major U.S. Northern Command annual exercise focused on defense support of civil authorities.
