COLUMBUS, Ohio — Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime Commander Army Brig. Gen. Gail Atkins will join fellow leaders from across the country for the 2023 Tactical Wheeled Vehicles Conference February 27 – March 1 in downtown Columbus.
