Troop Support commander discusses future of military feeding, nutrition with industry partners

ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey — Warfighters can’t get the food they need to accomplish their mission without the support of the food industry, DLA Troop Support’s commander said during a meeting Oct. 20 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

CFC kickoff focuses on givers, not dollars

PHILADELPHIA — Every little bit counts. That was the theme during DLA Troop Support's annual Combined Federal Campaign kickoff. Employees donated more than $141,000 last year to CFC charities.

Troop Support honors 240 years of America’s Navy

PHILADELPHIA — DLA Troop Support celebrated 240 years of the Navy Oct. 13. The Navy was established by the Continental Congress in 1775.

DLA senior leaders impressed with Troop Support's confidence, efficiency

PHILADELPHIA — DLA's senior enlisted leader and foreign policy advisor learned about Troop Support's mission and capabilities during a visit to Philadelphia Oct. 8.

Subsistence provides food, water to Fort Jackson after historic South Carolina flooding

PHILADELPHIA — Following historic floods there during the last week, meals and water have arrived at Fort Jackson, South Carolina thanks in part to DLA Troop Support’s Subsistence supply chain.
