PROCESS

2.1

Employees

All employees have the responsibility to implement programs that support ESOH policy. We establish goals, objectives and targets within the framework of the ESOH Policy Statement and in a manner that appropriately reflects consideration of the environmental aspects and impacts, and safety and occupational health risks of their respective operational activities. We have implemented a policy that defines the action to be taken when an employee is injured during working hours.

2.2

Other Support Organizations

The Directorate of Materials Management, Public Affairs and Office of Counsel provide technical and legal support to all business units to include ESOH objectives and targets.

The programs for achieving the ESOH targets and objectives are continuous or short term. The time frames including the responsibilities and means for achieving these objectives and targets are identified at the beginning of the programs in the development of the project budget cycle.
