The Invoice, Receipt, Acceptance, and Property Transfer (iRAPT) application is part of the Wide Area Workflow e-Business Suite. (iRAPT was formerly known as WAWF.) iRAPT is a secure web based system for electronic invoicing, receipt, and acceptance. iRAPT allows vendors to submit and track invoices and receipt/acceptance documents over the web and allows government personnel to process those invoices in a real-time, paperless environment. It is also the only application that will be used to capture the Unique Identification (UID) of Tangible Items information and Radio Frequency Identification information.

Note: DOD frequently updates root certificates used for enhanced web site security. If you get errors about this site not being trusted, the most likely cause is implementation of new certificates. In order to resolve this issue, public domain (not .mil) computer users, or their respective IT support personnel, should visit the DOD Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) site to download and install the latest DOD certificates from DOD PKI site. Once you are on this site, visit the Tools tab and go to the Trust store section at the bottom of the page. Choose the latest (most recent) installer to install all the DOD Certificates into the systems trust store. For public computers using a browser other than Internet Explorer, additional configuration steps may be needed. User can use their preferred search engine and search on "DOD PKI " for configuration assistance on their specific browser.
