"Taking Safety to Victory Lane" at National Night Out

On Aug. 2, employees, installation residents, and community gathered for Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna’s annual National Night Out. This year’s theme, “Taking Safety to Victory Lane,” was presented through family-oriented activities with the goal of promoting community involvement in preventing crime and drug use, strengthening police and community relations, and encouraging neighborhood camaraderie.

New awarded Legion of Merit for career accomplishments, culminating at Susquehanna distribution center

Army Col. Corey A. New, commander of Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Susquehanna, Pa., has been awarded the Legion of Merit for his distinguished 25-year military career. New will retire in a ceremony tomorrow, Aug. 5, prior to the organization’s change of command ceremony, where New will relinquish command to Army Col. Brad Eungard.
