NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — In partnership with the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Philadelphia Division, Harrisburg Field Office and the Pennsylvania State Police, Bureau of Emergency and Special Response, DLA Installation Operations Susquehanna, Security and Emergency Services provided no cost training on Improvised Explosive Devices to Defense Distribution Center, Susquehanna employees Jan. 25.
