Subsistence supports Peshmerga forces fighting ISIL

PHILADELPHIA — The Subsistence supply chain is providing food to the Peshmerga forces. The Secretary of Defense said in April that up to $415 million would be allotted to support the Peshmerga, one of the most effective fighting forces against ISIL.

Enlisted Excellence at DLA Maritime Pearl Harbor

DLA Director shares culture survey results, progress toward strategic plan goals

FORT BELVOIR, Virginia — Mission and involvement were the most improved areas of the Defense Logistics Agency’s 2016 Culture Survey, DLA Director Air Force Lt. Gen. Andy Busch said during a town hall focusing on agency goals in areas such as people and culture at the McNamara Headquarters Complex July 27.

Close to 40 military service members and civilians attended the three-day Defense Logistics Agency Aviation Academy in the McKeever Auditorium on Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia, July 19-21, 2016.
