Enlisted Excellence at DLA Maritime Pearl Harbor

PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii — The current enlisted workforce at DLA Maritime Pearl Harbor is comprised of 10 Sailors, whose primary mission is to support the material needs of more than 30 shops at the Intermediate Maintenance Facility of the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard.

DLA Director shares culture survey results, progress toward strategic plan goals

FORT BELVOIR, Virginia — Mission and involvement were the most improved areas of the Defense Logistics Agency’s 2016 Culture Survey, DLA Director Air Force Lt. Gen. Andy Busch said during a town hall focusing on agency goals in areas such as people and culture at the McNamara Headquarters Complex July 27.

Close to 40 military service members and civilians attended the three-day Defense Logistics Agency Aviation Academy in the McKeever Auditorium on Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia, July 19-21, 2016.

RICHMOND, VA — Defense Logistics Agency Aviation Academy was held in the McKeever Auditorium on Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia, July 19-21.

82nd Airborne Division soldiers eat Meals, Ready to Eat before a training at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center, in Hohenfels, Germany June 22. The U.S. Army Natick Soldier Research Development and Engineering Center conducted operational ration field trials in July at Fort Carson, Colorado to give service members a chance to test prospective Meals, Ready to Eat components and Unitized Group Rations.

Food safety officer gets inside look at future military rations

Philadelphia — A Subsistence chief food safety officer got an inside look into soldiers evaluating food rations during field trials at Fort Carson, Colorado. The field trials are conducted annually by the U.S. Army Natick Soldier Research Development and Engineering Center.
