DLA explores increased use of emerging technology tool to improve daily operations

During a pilot program, the Defense Logistics Agency used a process mining tool to evaluate ways to improve its order-to-cash process, which includes the steps from when DLA receives an order to when a customer receives material. The agency is looking to expand the tool to analyze other business processes.

Supply systems analyst ends 6 decades of service to DLA
