Innovative teambuilding keeps coworkers together

PHILADELPHIA — With work from home being a new normal in the world of COVID-19, one team of Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support employees has found a way to include “work family” in their home office dynamic to build greater team strength and resilience.

Wellness program helps build teams, improve workplace culture

PHILADELPHIA — A new program featuring monthly “Wellness Wednesdays” is in full swing at the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support. Started in partnership with the Industrial Hardware Culture Improvement Team and IH employee Megan Ward, the program aims to improve workforce culture through monthly meetings focused on a variety of wellness tips and techniques shared by fellow employees.

Hardware employees share knowledge to improve communication, processes

PHILADELPHIA — Employees at the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support’s Industrial Hardware supply chain established a “best practice team” consisting of handpicked members who are standardizing cross-functional communication and better streamlining operations across IH workflows.
