DSCC named top installation by Secretary of Defense

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III named Defense Supply Center Columbus as one of six installations to receive the 2024 Commander in Chief’s Annual Award for Installation Excellence. The winning installations were announced in a Defense.gov news release July 1.

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Eight Columbus associates and three teams were recognized as top performers during the Defense Logistics Agency’s 56th Annual Employee Recognition Awards ceremony Jan. 25 at the McNamara Headquarters Complex on Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

Annual live Leader-led Ethics Training offers a scenario-based approach

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime’s Legal Office took what is often thought as a dry, boring subject and livened it up a little during the Annual Leader-Led Ethics Training Oct. 18.

Maritime Supplier Operations’ Spinacher cruises to victory at Navy Birthday Cardboard Regatta

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Smooth paddling by 'Popeye' and 'Olive Oyl' propelled the Spinacher to victory at the annual Navy Cardboard Regatta Oct. 11 at the Defense Supply Center Columbus Eagle Eye Golf Course pond. The boat race was hosted by Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime to celebrate the Navy’s 248th birthday.
