Emergency response terms explained

During the exercise, the installation’s mass notification system disseminated the message that included the words “seek shelter.” Participants’ post-exercise comments indicated confusion with respect to the meaning of “seek shelter,” which is different from “shelter-in-place” or “lockdown.”

Wolfe takes over Human Resources at Aviation
