Jaime Fernando Malpica Lozada, G-4 director of logistics, and members of his team visited DLA Distribution headquarters Oct. 26 for an overview of DLA Distribution, and a tour of DLA Distribution Susquehanna’s Eastern Distribution Center, the largest storage facility in the Department of Defense.

Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 a.m., Sunday, Nov. 5, 2017. DLA Installation Operations at Richmond’s Fire and Emergency Services reminds employees to set clocks back by one hour, and to replace batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

DSCR’s annual flu-shot clinics start Nov. 1

Defense Logistics Agency Installation Operations at Richmond, Virginia’s, Fire and Emergency Services are set to offer several flu-shot clinics for active duty military members and civilian government employees with a valid Department of Defense identification card.DLA Aviation employees will be given shots from 8 a.m. to noon Nov. 1-2 in the Frank B. Lotts Conference Center.

Installation firefighters honored for assistance to Harrisburg blaze

Members of the DLA Installation Operations Susquehanna Fire and Emergency Services rescue company were awarded a distinguished unit citation for their actions during a home fire in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, during the Harrisburg Bureau of Fire's 2017 Awards Ceremony on Oct. 10.
