NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Navy Cmdr. Ian Iliff, a native of Cumberland, Maryland, relinquished command to Navy Cmdr. Daniel Maldonado during a ceremony held at Navy Base Yokosuka, Japan, June 14.

Timothy Owens, commander, Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Corpus Christi, and Jeremy Beckwith, deputy commander, DDCT, the 2023 the National Institute of Packaging, Handling and Logistics Engineers Corporate/Agency of the Year Award on behalf of the DDCT Preservation, Packaging, Packing and Marking Team. Beckwith also received a Logistics Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to the DoD logistics enterprise via his technical expertise and selfless leadership during his 28-year military and civilian career.
