Customer Relationship Management team launches modern service tool via ServiceNow

FORT BELVOIR, Va. — A modern platform for tracking email, phone and fax inquiries from Defense Logistics Agency customers is now live after more than a year of preparation and coordination.

Fueling DoD’s northernmost installation

PITUFFIK, Greenland — Once a year, when the weather and ice conditions allow, DLA Energy experts plan for the delivery of fuel to the Defense Department’s northernmost installation, Thule Air Base, Greenland.
