DLA Energy senior leaders present Annual Operating Plan

FORT BELVOIR, Virginia — Strategic and operational issues dominated the annual operating plan at Defense Logistics Agency Energy at the McNamara Headquarters complex at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, Jan. 30.

DLA Energy Commander Air Force Brig. Gen. Martin Chapin addresses attendees during the 2017 Joint Petroleum Seminar held at the McNamara Headquarters Complex, Jan. 23-25. Joint Petroleum Seminar focuses on relationships, future leaders

Growing the next generation of joint petroleum leaders was the theme of the 16th Joint Petroleum Seminar at the McNamara Headquarters Complex at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, Jan. 23-25.
