3D printing could help DLA cut costs, improve parts support
FORT BELVOIR, Virginia — The Defense Logistics Agency is evaluating whether 3D printing, a process commercial manufacturers use to produce everything from prosthetics to airplane parts, could lower the cost and reduce lead times for hard-to-source, obsolete and back-ordered parts.

Army Reserve fuelers support DLA Energy during nationwide exercise
FORT BRAGG, North Carolina — Army Reserve Soldiers from 18 states participated in the Quartermaster Liquid Logistics Exercise June 7-20 at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. About 1,100 Soldiers came from as far away as Michigan and Puerto Rico and as near as North Carolina to haul fuel for the Defense Logistics Agency.
