Europe distribution center to welcome new deputy commander

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Neil G. Flanagan joins the Defense Logistics Agency Distribution team Aug. 30, to serve as deputy commander, DLA Distribution Europe in Germersheim, Germany.
