Environmentalist saves agency customer’s life

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Mike Lapine recently received the Superior Civilian Service Award for providing lifesaving response when a property turn-in customer’s heart stopped while dropping off excess material at a DLA facility in Germany in November.
