FORT BELVOIR, Va. — Retired DLA Energy’s General Counsel Martin Harty was inducted in to the DLA Energy Hall of Fame March 22. From 1975-1988, Harty played an influential role guiding the Agency through the unprecedented petroleum marketplace.
